The recent sale at London Coins saw a variety of pieces and banknotes go under the hammer, including a Tower Mint under Parliament Crown or Charles I.
A Charles I Crown was one of the highlights of the recent sale at London Coins. Produced at the Tower Mint under Parliament, the coin was described as having a 'pleasing and even strike, the reverse in particular with much eye appeal.'

Another Crown, this time from 1893, also attracted great interest. The Victorian coin was said to be an 'attractive and desirable piece'.
Coin spec: LVI Proof ESC 304, Bull 2594, Davies 505 dies 2A T of VICTORIA points to a space, the B of B.P. very weakly struck, FDC, flashes of blue, gold and magenta toning add to the eye appeal of this NGC PF65 CAMEO.

An India Five Rupees gold coin of 1870 was described as a 'very desirable example of this popular series and always highly sought after'.
Coin spec: KM#476 Prooflike Restrike UNC and highly lustrous, some light contact marks and hairlines are evident.

In the Hammered Coin section an Angel of Henry VII boasted excellent detail.
Coin spec: Angel Henry VII Obverse with AGLIE legend, with double saltire stops, and Cross Crosslet spear shaft, Reverse with Saltire stops, S.2186, North 1698, Schneider 535, mintmark Cross Crosslet, 5.11 grammes, a little weakness of strike below the angel's wing and correspondingly on the reverse, EF or near so a most attractive piece with excellent detail on the Angel.
