The father of Alexander the Great restored peace to his country and gained dominion over Greece
Philipp ll of Macedon was born in 382 BC. His reign was between 359 and 336 BC, and on his assassination in 336 BC, he was succeeded by his on, Alexander lll, later known as 'the Great'.
