Our society of South Coast coin collectors was established in 1967, when twenty seven numismatists and collectors gathered at the Downview Hotel in Worthing.
Membership grew steadily over the following few years and by August 1969 it had reached 68 when it became necessary to move to a more spacious venue at the The Kingsway Hotel. In 2008 the Society moved to the Chatsworth Hotel which is where we now meet on the third Thursday of every month.
